Cancellation/No Show Policy



Your appointments are very important to Essence of You and reserved especially for you. We understand that, at times, schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 2 hour notice for cancellations. Emergencies are not charged and include emergency room visits, illness of your or your children and death. Starting your period is not an emergency. A forgotten luncheon, nail appointment or Dr's appointment is not an emergency, please reschedule them to avoid unnecessary charges or To avoid charges please send a friend in your place or show up.


Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving a 2 hour notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on the waiting list will then miss the opportunity to receive services which may be for a special occasion to make them feel good about themselves. Appointments are confirmed by text 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. Appointments require a 50% deposit at time of booking and will become non refundable for last minute cancellations within 2 hours of appointment scheduled. No shows are charged 100% of scheduled appointment. After 2 paid no shows future appointments will need payment in full when scheduling and is non refundable.

If you show up late and there is not enough time to do the whole treatment you can elect to either have partial session at full price or reschedule and pay full price. 

This cancellation policy allows time to inform stand by clients of an opening.
