Cancellation/No Show Policy



Your appointments are very important to Essence of You and reserved especially for you. We understand that, at times, schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations.


Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Clients on the waiting list will then miss the opportunity to receive services which may be for a special occasion to make them feel good about themselves. Appointments are confirmed by text 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. Appointments require a 50% deposit at time of booking and will become non refundable for no shows or last minute cancellations within 2 hours of appointment scheduled. After 2 no shows future appointments will need payment in full when scheduling and is non refundable.

This cancellation policy allows time to inform stand by clients of an opening.
